As a Special Notice of Intent, the Export Import Bank of the United States intends to award a copyrighted sole source delivery order firm-fixed-price contract to Thomson Reuters doing business as WEST PUBLISHING CORPORATION located at 610 OPPERMAN DR, EAGAN, MN 55123-1340. The period-of-performance will have a base / initial year and four (4) option year periods.
