Bond Counsel will be expected to provide complete legal representation on all issues of state and federal law, including taxation, with respect to the issuance of General Obligation debt, Special Tax Obligation (Transportation Infrastructure) debt, WIFA Loan debt, Utility Revenue Bond Debt, and the review and creation of new Community Facility District applications and corresponding debt.
