The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to award on a sole source basis to Colonial Webb, for preventative maintenance services. Colonial Webb is located in Henrico, VA. The required service must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing systems. Selection of a different source for this highly specialized service could require significant modification to the existing simulation systems.
