The playground area within Gibson Ranch Park is located to the north of the pond and is the specific project area location. See images below.Project Purpose: The purpose of the proposed project is to provide safe play equipment for replace the playground. The previous playground in this location was removed after inspections revealed it was no longer safe for use.

Interested parties may submit an initial summary of your plan, referred to as a "White Paper," describing a specific project related to an Area of Interest listing in Attachment B to this BAA. If a White Paper is of sufficient interest, DLA may request technical and cost proposals for the effort described by the White Paper.It is DLA's intention for Attachment B to be amended as needed to add, modify, or delete Areas of Interest.

Specific services for this project area include purchasing, delivery and installation of quality suitable plants, and all materials and equipment necessary to satisfactorily plant and maintain the areas.

Specific project areas include training rooms and cubicles, adjacent FAAST room on the second floor of the Automation Wing and new mechanical room (AHU-110) in the basement of Control Wing, set forth in this statement of work (SOW). The Contractor must perform all work in accordance with (IAW) this SOW and must conform to the terms, standards, and conditions of the supporting contract.

Specific areas of interest are described in the “Areas of Interest” section of this BAA. This Announcement provides a general description of project areas, including specific areas of interest, general information, evaluation and selection criteria, and proposal preparation instructions.

Purpose of Industry Feedback: The intent of the market research is to ensure that the project is constructable within industry standards for the specific areas shown on Contract drawings and specifications. Project Description: The FY24 Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway (AIWW) Maintenance Dredging - Daufuskie includes a Base bid dredging area at Ramshorn Cut and an Option for dredging at Walls Cut.
