The Government intends to establish Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract for Fort Polk Child Development Center project. The project will include all work in accordance with the plans and specification to construct the Child Development Center.
• Component B - Professional development designed for principals, site administrators, coaches, borough administrators, and/or NYCEEC directors. • Component C - Professional development designed for building the capacity of DECE staff that support programs on an ongoing basis such as Instructional Coordinators and Social Workers.

The purpose of this RFI is to recruit qualified providers, in accordance with Washington State Department of Social and Health Services guidelines, to provide Child Development Services (also referred to as Early Intervention Services) to infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities and delays, ages birth to three, and their families.
To determine eligibility, ECI contractors must use a paper scoring form for each of five developmental domains, including: Adaptive Behavior, Cognitive, Social-Emotional, Physical Development, and Communication.
