I cannot locate within the contract anywhere that pressure washing of each barrier prior to painting was required. A2. Please see manufacturers specifications for pressure washing the barriers before painting. Q3. The Ordering Period 1 states the sandblasting and painting in accordance with PWS should be performed by 8/31/2020. The barriers were just sandblasted and painted in 2019 and industry standards spec every 5 years.
