Synopsis:NASA/NSSC has a requirement for TWO BASED SPECTROMETER. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to HYSPEX INC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that HYSPEX INC is the sole provider that can meet the specs to be compatible with equipment already in place at Goddard.NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
