The MCIEast Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office has a requirement for the preventative maintenance of Nicolet Spectrometers for the Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC in accordance with the Performance Work Statement of the solicitation.Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). 

Technical Requirements:¿ Annual maintenance of the spectrometers shall test to see if adequate signal exists for the entire spectral range of the instruments, but also shall evaluate the noise equivalent radiance characteristics of the detectors to make sure they meet minimum standards for robust high accuracy measurements. ¿ The optic fiber bundle shall be examined for breaks that reduce overall throughput to the spectrometers.
