The Potomac Center is an intermediate care facility (ICF) and the SETT is a forensic residential facility; each facility serves intellectually and/or developmentally disabled adults who are court ordered to the facilities, and who may have co-existing mental disorders. Speech Therapy services are required on-site for an average of nine (9) hours per week; schedule is flexible but to be approved by the Contract Monitor.
