The scope of the project aims to address the deteriorated condition of baffle blocks within the Heyburn Lake spillway structure at Heyburn Lake, Oklahoma. Baffle blocks play a crucial role in regulating water flow and preventing erosion, ensuring the stability and longevity of the spillway. Based on inspections conducted, it has been observed that several baffle blocks require immediate replacement due to significant damage and degradation.

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the contractor to furnish all materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control to place stone Class 1 riprap protection along the shoreline between the dam and the spillway at Patoka Lake in Dubois, IN.

The Northfield Lake Spillway Bridge is approximately 80 feet above the ground.This project consists of the following components:-Construct a suspended work platform to be underneath the bridge, or mobilize a snooper truck to access substructure steel components. Bridge deck is constructed of concrete, and is not to be painted. Guard rails are not to be painted.
