This work includes furnishing the necessary materials and labor as described in the attached drawings & specifications. Improvements to be included within this Project are as follows: Install the splash pad equipment (already purchased and provided by Vortex), install the restroom building (already purchased and provided by Rometc), add walkways and install park amenities. A more detailed scope of work can be found in the bid packet.

The splash pad will include water spray amenities, concrete walkways, perimeter fencing, site amenities to service the splash pad itself and landscaping.  The project will also include the construction of a new water service and electrical service to the splash pad control system and manifold.
