HI1327.1M HVAC System Repairs, Building 1635: The project includes repair/replacement of room variable air volume (VAV) boxes and/or components (i.e. stripped gears, damaged parts, missing springs, etc.), as necessary to restore full functionality. The work includes test and balance of the VAV boxes, and setting the minimum and maximum air flows by adjusting the flow potentiometers on the VAV box control board.
