Services Department (“Purchasing”) on behalf of the Bernalillo County Economic Development is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide Housing Stability Services pursuant to §13-1-153 NMSA 1978 of the New Mexico Procurement Code.
The Selection Committee may also contact and evaluate the proposer’s references; contact any Proposer to clarify any response; contact any current users of a proposer’s services; solicit information from any available source concerning any aspect of a proposal; and/or seek and review any other information deemed pertinent to the evaluation process.
The State has established an Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Housing Stability Services program that is intended to support access to NHERAP assistance and leverage other resources to promote housing stability.
