Through this authority, the Department desires to invoke the widest possible interest to obtain the most qualified and capable concession operator available. The Department is seeking a partner to operate the stable concession at Maybury State Park. The selected partner will offer horses for the general public to ride by the hour. This activity must be the major focus and service provided by the riding stable.

The District is seeking an experienced operator to provide equestrian services at the Las Trampas Stables Concession located in Las Trampas Wilderness Regional Preserve. Parties interested in operating this Concession must submit proposals in accordance with the instructions contained herein.
