Design services for, Jessie Parker – Cosmetic Improvements to ceiling grid/tiles (grid caps / replacement of tile) and addressing any flooring/stair tread issues (broken VCT tile, etc.); Grimes Building – Replacing stairwell tread’s and riser’s VCT Tiles throughout both interior stairwells. Stairwell mastic has been confirmed to be asbestos containing and will need abated.
