This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for the procurement of Repair and Calibration of three (3) Monitor Test Stands In Accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). FOB destination is Tinker AFB, OK. This requirement is a sole source acquisition to Mission Systems Davenport, Inc.
The Government’s requirement is for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to perform repairs at FRC-East of the OEM’s commercial gearboxes in the following test stands (all utilized by shop 94315): H-53 Main Gearbox (MGB) Test Stand Repair, V-22 Proprotor Gearbox (PRGB) Repair, H-53 Tail and Intermediate Gearbox (T&I) Repair, and H-53 Nose Gearbox (NGB) Repair.

Project Description: The requirement for this project is to remove by sand blasting the corrosion from the S1 Beam structure in the underground area of the Horizontal Thrust Stand, open up the existing drain holes, and apply a sealant to the beams and drain holes to prevent future corrosion.
The purpose of this amendment is to replace the PWS in its entirety and to update clause 52.212-2 of the solicitation.
