The regulations changes are summarized as follows: The changes to the Air Quality regulations address the use of wood stoves and coal-fired heating devices, visible emissions and the adoption of revisions to the State Air Quality Control Plan that reflect changes to local programs. The regulations were also amended to reflect changes in federal rules regarding heating device test methods.
