The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Tobacco Retailer Compliance Inspections for the State of Georgia, State of North Carolina and the State of Montana, as outlined in the attached RFP. All proposals should be submitted no later than May 17, 2023 by 2:00 pm Eastern Time.
This extension begins 08/01/2023 and will provide continued armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services throughout the state of North Carolina and to allow placement of a new contract to continue critical PSO services at various locations.
