Report Card Background The Report Card site is designed to allow users to explore key performance indicators. It is the State's objective to recognize the selected Bidder for their excellence in performance and improvement within existing financial constraints. Performance incentives and disincentives will be linked to some of the measures in the Performance Report Card.
