Please note that the building space lease for the proposed Food Service ¿ Retail space has a five (5) year Lease term. Rent will be a part of the bid process per square foot, awarded bidder is responsible for gas and electric; trash, water, and sewer are paid by the state.

The United States Forest Service (USFS), hereafter “TENANT”, requires exclusive office space of at least 500 to 1,000 Sq. Ft. of usable (ABOA) space. Rental agreement will begin around June/July 2020 and includes a 12-month base period. The tenant has the option to extend the rental of the office space on a monthly basis for up to an additional three (6) months.
