Summary: The goal of the Orthophotography Virginia Base Mapping Program is to solicit proposals to provide consistent and updated statewide digital orthophotography and a digital terrain model to the Commonwealth of Virginia over a four year cycle during leaf-off conditions as approved by the Commonwealth.
