Project Description :
The City of Larkspur is releasing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to interested consultant firms to prepare a SMART Station Area Plan and associated environmental impact report for the Larkspur Station Area. The Consultant shall assemble a project team that is qualified to perform the services requested.
State Highway 7 Station Area Design
Franklin Station Area Redevelopment and Public Space Improvements Project Description :1. This SOR is open to only the Listed Consultants from The City’s RFSO as listed in Schedule A to the Master Agreement. RFSO 19-2025 Category 2: 1. Brown and Associates Planning Group Ltd. 2. IBI Group Professional Services (Canada) Inc. 3. Stantec Consulting Ltd. 4. Situated Consulting Corp. 5. Urban Systems Ltd.
The final product will include station area plans for each station or group of stations along the corridor. Each station area plan boundary will cover approximately a half mile radius around the proposed BRT station but may also include last mile connections in a larger radius. The individual plans will be designed to stand alone, but also will be envisioned as, and packaged into, an overall corridor vision and plan document.
