Phase I was proposed at 200,000 gpd serving the existing systems plus High Cotton Towne Center and Currituck Station. Estimated costs were $5.5 million. The collection system recommended was a vacuum system. High-rate infiltration was recommended for the disposal system. Five sites were analysis as seen in the attached figure. A follow up to the plan was performed based on a 100,000 gpd system.
