ITB PURPOSE: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid ("ITB") is to establish a Contract for the complete demolition of the existing building used for the office, and construction of new office building at the Ontario Field Station located at 3814 Clark Blvd., Ontario, Oregon 97914 ("Project"). The new office building will be a 30 foot x 70 foot, one story, wood framed structure.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Green River District, intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the construction of a new Pariette Field Station facility. The facility building will be a 1178 square foot slab on grade steel building with lean-to shade structures on each side of the building.
The place of acceptance is NOAA Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory (GLERL), Lake Michigan Field Station located at 1431 Beach St., Muskegon, MI 49441.
Project Description: The Project consists of the following: The design and construction of a new Okeechobee Field Station (OFS), Okeechobee Service Center (OSC), and offices for Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's South Region Statewide Nuisance Alligator Program (FWC-SNAP). The new facility will be constructed on approximately 30 acres of District owned parcel located in Section 33, Township 36, Range 35.
