Defense Courier Station, Offutt AFB, NE: Construct an approximately 5,000 square foot facility to serve as a shipping and receiving facility.  The facility will include provisions to fully enclose a delivery truck, with associated exhaust system, space built to ICD 705, administrative and customer service spaces.  Construction to include site preparations, utility infrastructure, and parking.

Additionally, the project includes a Defense Courier Station facility (401 Square Meters) to provide shipping and receiving functions for sensitive parcels transiting through Offutt AFB in support of multiple Department of Defense missions. The project will comply with all applicable DoD, Air Force, and base design standards. The project will use local materials and construction techniques where cost effective.

This requirement is for the replacement of carpet in Building 288 (Fire Station) on Offutt AFB, NE. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, administration, and services necessary to remove, dispose of, and install floor coverings and accessories as specified. The work occurs in Building 288, the Fire Station at Offutt AFB NE. Offutt AFB is located approximately ten miles south of downtown Omaha, Nebraska.
