Condensate Line Liner Installation Alexandria VAHCS Background: Alexandria VAHCS has a requirement that involves installing a liner into an existing steam condensate pipe. The integrity of the pipe has corroded, providing numerous condensate leaks leading to an increase in make up water needed at the boiler plant.

The purpose of this project is to remove and replace the existing steam boilers and all associated accessories with new fire tube, condensing boilers. Remove and replace existing pumps with new heating water pumps. Remove and replace steam and condensate pipes where shown on the plans with new heating hot water piping.
