Troubleshoot all major components of the CHP system, ie., turbine generator, natural gas compressor, air compressor, heat recovery steam generator (HRSG), duct burners, controls, heat diverter mechanism, etc. to determine any faulty part(s). The HRSG shall be drained of water, cleaned of debris, slug or rust. The turbine s Intake air filters and oil filters shall all be replaced.
