PROJECT DESCRIPTION The existing Breckinridge Steam Vault is a bunker style e vault that does not meet the minimum safety requirements of Utilities. This project will remove the bunker style top and replace it with a ground level concrete top with a hinged aluminum lid and ladder that conforms to Utilities' specifications. The failed exhaust system will also be replaced during this project.
