A 240-foot long by 50-foot wide floating replacement pier would be installed, secured by ten (10) 24-inch diameter steel piles, and accessed by a 144-foot long by 17-foot wide steel transfer bridge. A 24-foot by 22-foot bridge support float would be secured by four (4) additional 24-inch diameter steel piles and hinged to a concrete abutment at the shoreline. Replacement mooring dolphins and fenders would also be installed.
