The project consists of realigning approximately 1,700 lineal feet of Frederica Road and the adjacent multi-use path between Stevens Road and the National Monument site. The current 2-lane road is narrow and has a series of misaligned intersections, including the entrance to Fort Frederica National Monument. The intersection at Stevens Road will be improved to a safer 90-degree intersection.
PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Supplement No.3 to add Room NC116, consisting of 373 s.f. in the North Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. APPLICANT: National Air Cargo Group, Inc. dba National Airlines. TERM: Until June 30, 2023 Current Terminal rent rate is $61.50/s.f./yr.
