The Tremont Water Plant has a 60,000-gallon riveted elevated water tank.

The Work under this Project consists of and not limited to providing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, quality assurance, and other services as required to clean (pressure wash interior and exterior of water storage tanks); Contractor shall remove sediment, this shall be considered a part of the contractor’s means and methods. The sediment can be removed with a pressure washer and vacuum pump or through drain fittings.

The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to the following: • Pressure wash and clean the interior and exterior of the existing ground storage tank to allow for inspection by the OWNER and ENGINEER. • Repair the exterior wall of ground storage tank, including: • Cracks – approximately 200 LF • Repair interior wall of ground storage tank, including: • Cracks – approximately 200 LF • Repair existing interior roof dome of ground storage

Pressure wash and spot paint the exterior of the Lindenwood New Ground Storage Tank, the Lindenwood Old Ground Storage Tank, the First Capitol Elevated Tank and the Mugge Composite Pedestal Tank.
