The regulations changes are summarized as follows:These are new regulations addressing Class 2 facilities that store noncrude oil in aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), that have storage capacities of 1,000 gallons or greater, and are not subject to spill contingency planning regulation under AS 46.04.030.
