The boathouse facility includes an 80' x 46' wooden structure store and office, boat storage area, and a 90' x 12' dock. Spanaway Lake is open year-round for public fishing. Facilities are located at: 14905 Bresemann Blvd South, Spanaway 98387BackgroundFor the past 30 years, the boathouse has operated 7 days a week, from 7:30am until 4:00pm.

The boat will not be able to be kept in the water at the marina located on the Marine Corps base, but space will be available to store the boat on a trailer on the grounds of the Marine Corps base if required. Vendors must have or obtain clearance to enter the base.

The Scope of the project includes the construction of a 28'-0" X 46'-0" wood & steel framed boat house to store and protect CDAFD's fire boat.
