Johns County is currently seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors for the concession and bait store rental at Vilano Beach Boat Ramp, located at 101 Vilano Causeway, St. Augustine, FL 32084, under the general direction of the St. Johns County Parks and Recreation Department.

The recreation area includes a floating dock with slips for 37 boats, 652 square feet store, 2,000 gallon gas tank and pump, two full hookup RV sites for manager's use, double-lane boat ramp, dry storage lot for approximately 40 boats and recreational vehicles, group picnic shelter with restrooms that accommodates 50-60 people, 18-site picnic area with a restroom building, and a small fishing pier.
