LOCATION – KETCHUM, ID All proposed sites must be appropriately zoned and should offer convenient access to the public. By statute, liquor stores must be at least 300 feet from a school (Title 23-303). This RFP is for a potential replacement of the Ketchum Liquor Store #209 located at 271 Washington Avenue, Ketchum, Idaho. The Liquor Division has indicated a preference for a store within Ketchum City limits.

Placer County prefers a store located within 25 miles of Placer County main operations located at 11472 E Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603. Contracts will be awarded to one or more responsive bidders in the aggregate not-to-exceed amount of $240,000. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis. Placer County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount or quantities to be purchased during the term of the agreement(s).
