Required professional services will include but are not limited to preliminary engineering services, design- and construction-related services, preparation of bidding and contract documents, participation in the evaluation of bids received, and monitoring and inspection of construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications associated for the Town of Bethel’s Sand Hill Stormwater and Roadway Improvements project.

The project involves installation of storm sewer pipes, inlets and structures, pavement base repair, full depth pavement replacement, guiderail installation, riprap channels and roadway milling and overlay along Baker Street, North Brandywine Ave and Woodland Ave within Modena Borough, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The successful bidder will be required to pay the PennBid Program a fee of 1/3% of the contract value award.
