The Project is intended to provide water quality, stormwater management, roadway and landscape improvements and beautification along the East Drive corridor from NW 36th Street on the south to South Royal Poinciana Boulevard on the north, as well as drainage improvements in Stafford Park and along Oakwood Drive (the “Project Area”).

Required professional services will include but are not limited to preliminary engineering services, design- and construction-related services, preparation of bidding and contract documents, participation in the evaluation of bids received, and monitoring and inspection of construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications associated for the Town of Bethel’s Sand Hill Stormwater and Roadway Improvements project.
