The 2005 Southfort Stormwater Management Plan is outdated and needs to be updated to account for stormwater infrastructure built since 2005. An updated plan will ensure that the stormwater management in Southfort is valid and identify any changes as the Southfort area continues to develop.

Scope of WorkThe work under this contract generally consists of the removal of sediment from the C-9 stormwater management facility (SWMF) located at approximately 219 Munnoch Boulevard as part of the Lansdowne Meadows Subdivision in Woodstock.Without limiting the scope of the contract, the work generally includes:Implementation of appropriate erosion and sediment controls around the facility,Dewatering of the C-9 SWMF,Removal and disposal of sediment
