Project No. 7215 Contact Information PFD Bid Counter Bid.info@boston.gov (617)-635-4809 Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149A, § 5, the City of Boston’s Public Facilities Department (PFD) is requesting statements of qualification (SOQ) for Construction Management at Risk Services for the 26 Court Street Full Renovation Project. 

The scope of work includes all OPM services to assist the City of Boston in managing the design and construction of the 26 Court Street Full Renovation project. The OPM must possess a broad range of management and communication skills. The OPM responsibilities include the ability to monitor and manage project participants, provide timely resolution of any and all issues that could potentially impact construction quality, schedule of costs.
