street light poles and luminaires, the excavation and installation of new concrete bases for all new poles, new electric service and support assembly with main disconnect panel and lighting controller along with a complete operational underground wiring and conduit system, and the installation of new street light poles with new davits and new luminaires, along selected rights-of-way within the City.
