SCOPE: The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for parts and labor in order to repair, modify, and upgrade the existing Apollo Street Odor Control Unit (OCU) for an increased air flow of 6,000 cfm. The Apollo Street OCU treats sewer gas from the large interceptor sewer lines in that immediate area, and is located on the corner of Apollo Street and L C Amos Jr (formerly 97th Street), northwest of Stinson Airport.
