The project scope includes: • A single lane roundabout with splitter islands in place of the existing east/west two-way stop-control on R Street SE and 21st Street SE. • Improving street lighting including a new power service. • Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons at the pedestrian crossings. • Upgrading curb ramps and damaged sidewalk. • Storm drainage improvements associated with the roadway improvements. • Replacing approximately 220 LF of 12-inch
