The general items of work to be performed hereunder consist of but not be limited to Mobilization (traffic control and construction fence); Preparation and Implementation of Best Management Practices; Design; Wet-Stamped Engineering Drawings and Structural Calculations; Site Plan; Obtaining a Building Permit; Installing Play Equipment (deferred submittal, certification, etc.), Site Furnishings, Rubberized Play Surface, French Drain and Sumps; and
All sheets and structural calculations will be required to be signed and stamped by selected architect and engineer prior to final posting. It is required that the selected bidder will be available to start work during the month of June 2024 with final product of work per 2022 California Building Standards Codes, and approved by City Plan Reviewers(s), to conclude on or before October 1st, 2024.

The Quoter shall include specific seismic structural calculations for equipment anchorage on the Installation Design Drawing, which shall be prepared and sealed by a professional Engineer. Refer to Site Specific Project Requirements Section, subsection 1.3 of the updated Statement of Work included in Amendment 0001. Question 2.
