It is our intent to select one (1) proponent to be the Structural Design Team who will take on the responsibilities of the Brennan Park Recreation Centre - Stage One Works: Expansion, Renovation & Retrofit (the “Project”) as described within this RFP and its attachments. This RFP is limited to Structural design teams only.

:This RFP is to obtain the services of qualified firms to provide the Structures Division with professional civil engineering services to respond quickly to the needs of the DEPARTMENT.

The Proposer’s scope of services will include the development of structural design calculations and plan sheets, quantity calculations, estimates and notes to specifications.Project Schedule:Agreement will be for two years with the option to extend for another two years.
