The intent of this RFP is to purchase an Integrated Cloud-Based software that will include: early alert, caseload management, online appointment scheduling, universal check-in system (academic and student support services), reporting function, and predictive analytics to manage student success, retention strategies, and interventions.
These are programs that are non-term based, continuing education or workforce development related. • A software platform that allows for two-way integration with existing student and administrative systems. • Provides accurate and timely data that is easily accessible for campus staff and faculty. • Leverages predictive analytics to increase student persistence, retention and completion.
