The SAA requires a vendor with demonstrated experience in the design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of television studio sets. The vendor shall analyze requirements; develop draft set designs; upon draft set designs approval, develop detailed set designs; construct, deliver and install the sets; and provide lighting assistance to enhance set pieces.
