Strohman Enterprise, Inc. is the only known business that can provide Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services (EMSS) Program, Garmin Web Portal access and Enterprise Level Support for existing devices owned by the Northeast Fisheries Science Center’s Fisheries Sampling Branch.  

They work using satellites so are important as many employees work in areas with no or poor cell service. The satellite subscription service on the units must be purchased separately and billed monthly. To Provide Professional Advance Plan for all Lower Colorado Region Garmin InReach devices.
