This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather information on the Lease-to-Buy options available for fixed-site applications for three types of machines used to support surge production for Troop Support Subsistence Operational Rations requirements. This RFI is for market research purposes only.
All NSN's are managed by the Food Service Equipment (FSE) Branch of Subsistence. The Government anticipates recurring requirements. These items are deployable field feeding items used in the deployment of the Services in various military operations. The scope and extent of these field feeding operations are unpredictable and often change without notice.

Contractor tasks include but not limited to dining facility management, menu planning, food preparation, serving and replenishing food, order, receipt and storage of subsistence items, cleaning of the dining facilities, headcount, cashier duties, remote food service, inventories of subsistence, grounds maintenance of government property, and quality control.
Vender will support the supply and distribution of meal requests by assuming all warehouse storage and issue responsibilities from within a Government provided cold storage subsistence warehouse, located at Ft.
The Government will furnish facilities, equipment, subsistence and the initial quantity of expendable/ durable supplies as Government Furnished Property (GFP) along with services specified in this section IAW the "Government Property clause.
