This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather information on the Lease-to-Buy options available for fixed-site applications for three types of machines used to support surge production for Troop Support Subsistence Operational Rations requirements. This RFI is for market research purposes only.
A catered meal is defined as “a meal prepared in a commercial establishment for consumption there or delivered to a specific location or prepared at the consumption site using the caterer’s portable equipment and subsistence supplies. There is no authority for a caterer to use Government-furnished equipment or Government-furnished facilities to prepare the meals.
The contractor shall, except as specified in this PWS as government furnished, provide Conference Space, Audio/Visual Requirements, Subsistence, Miscellaneous Event Administrative Costs, and Lodging with an anticipated participation of two hundred (200) service members and their families. The Yellow Ribbon Event shall commence on Saturday, 20 January 2018.
The contractor shall, except as specified in this PWS as government furnished, provide Conference Space, Audio/Visual Requirements, Subsistence, Miscellaneous Event Administrative Costs, and Lodging with an anticipated participation of four hundred (400) service members and their families.
