This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather information on the Lease-to-Buy options available for fixed-site applications for three types of machines used to support surge production for Troop Support Subsistence Operational Rations requirements. This RFI is for market research purposes only.
In the event of a natural disaster or other similar event, the selected contractor(s) will be expected to provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to provide water removal, drying, dehumidification, cleaning of structure and contents, temporary power, mold remediation, contamination containment, temporary climate control, debris management and removal, temporary roofs, etc. The contractor will need to be licensed in Louisiana.
A catered meal is defined as “a meal prepared in a commercial establishment for consumption there or delivered to a specific location or prepared at the consumption site using the caterer’s portable equipment and subsistence supplies. There is no authority for a caterer to use Government-furnished equipment or Government-furnished facilities to prepare the meals.
The Bidder shall also supply four (4) sets of printed, written instructions and renewal parts lists, suitably illustrated, covering the operation and maintenance of the equipment furnished.
The Government will furnish facilities, equipment, subsistence and the initial quantity of expendable/ durable supplies as Government Furnished Property (GFP) along with services specified in this section IAW the "Government Property clause. Specified GFP and services shall only be used in the performance of this contract.
